Always Safe Sidewalks’ annual sidewalk program helps housing authorities create safe, walkable, and compliant communities —all while helping them stretch their budgets. When necessary, Always Safe Sidewalks works closely with boards and anyone else involved in the decision-making process on sidewalk maintenance management.
For information regarding our co-op contracts, please see below. You can also visit our sidewalk management systems options or contact us for more information.
Cooperative contracts are convenient because members can choose goods and services from one contract instead of seeking bids, quotes, or proposals from various outlets. Because the preliminary work has been completed for more than one department, administrative costs are lower. One contract and one procurement process serve multiple entities. This saves time and effort.
Always Safe Sidewalks has been awarded two different Co-Op contracts for Trip Hazard Removal:

- Keystone Purchasing Network (KPN) is a Pennsylvania based and Nationally-Approved Cooperative Pricing System and awarded Trip Hazard Removal Contract # KPN 201604-02 to Always Safe Sidewalks.
