The mission of the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey is to provide statewide excellence to students in partnership with New Jersey school districts and coordinate cost-efficient purchasing opportunities for educational institutions and municipalities to limit the tax burden on New Jersey residents.

Keystone Purchasing Network (KPN)

The Keystone Purchasing Network (KPN) is a cooperative purchasing program. Their sole purpose is to save school districts and other public agencies time and money by soliciting bids and leveraging demand. Cooperatively they can deliver better prices at a lower cost of acquisition. The overwhelming majority of our work centers on requests for bids, contract awards, and contract management.

 New Jersey School Buildings & Grounds Association (NJSBGA)

New Jersey School Buildings and Grounds is a network of over 400 Certified Educational Facilities Managers statewide that are dedicated to safe healthy facilities. Their mission is for every school in NJ to be up to date on all of the latest codes and safety requirements to keep their students and staff safe. They strive to get that information out to our member districts quickly and efficiently. They are 10 chapters strong statewide that meet monthly to disseminate that information.

New Jersey Chapter of the Association of Physical Plant Administrators (NJAPPA)

NJAPPA is a non-profit 501(C)3, professional organization governed solely by the membership, and is dedicated to providing education, training and networking to New Jersey’s higher education facilities professionals for the purpose of promoting interest, professionalism and proficiency in the administration of college and university physical plant facilities and operations.

Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO)

PASBO is an association, 3,000 members strong, devoted to helping the business of schools stay on the right track through education, training, professional development and timely access to legislative and policy news.

Keystone Chapter of the Association of Physical Plant Administrators (KAPPA)

KAPPA is the premier association for all higher educational facilities professionals in Pennsylvania fostering professionalism among physical plant and facilities leaders, managers, supervisors and staff.

Delaware Valley Chapter of the Association of Physical Plant Administrators (DVAPPA)

The DVAPPA Chapter is dedicated to promoting common interests in Facilities Management, fostering professional ideas and standards and creating educational opportunities for facilities professionals. We are an independent Chapter of the Eastern Region APPA (ERAPPA) which serves our umbrella organization International APPA (formerly the Association of Physical Plant Administrators).

Healthcare Facilities Management Society of New Jersey (HFMSNJ)

Founded in 1949, we are the professional organization of healthcare facility managers of new Jersey. The managers back then recognized the sharing of knowledge and experience would benefit each member and the institutions they served. When we were formed, we were known as the “Executive Hospital Engineers of New Jersey”. The original members were predominately Executive Engineers from the boiler room, which is what they were called at that time. Later, the American Hospital Association reached the same conclusion: There should be an AHA affiliated organization of professional members. ASHE (American Society of Healthcare Engineers) was born and HFMSNJ became one of the first local chapters.

 Pennsylvania Association of Housing and Redevelopment Agencies (PAHRA)

The Pennsylvania Association of Housing and Redevelopment Agencies (PAHRA) is an affiliation of Pennsylvania’s housing authorities, redevelopment authorities, community development agencies, nonprofit corporations, and for-profit companies providing products and services for the housing and community development industry. The purposes of PAHRA are to disseminate information relating to housing and community development; study and analyze national, state, and local legislation affecting housing and community development; provide a channel for the frequent exchange of ideas, experiences and innovations within the fields of housing and community development; and increase public understanding of the methods and objectives of housing and community development agencies.

 Pennsylvania Delaware Chapter of the National Affordable Housing Management Association (PennDel AHMA)

PennDel AHMA serves affordable housing managers and owners in Pennsylvania and Delaware. They provide relevant technical education and training to affordable housing professionals. With an emphasis on relationships, PennDel AHMA fosters strategic relations between government representatives and industry professionals. PennDel AHMA supports the National Affordable Housing Management Association’s efforts with legislative and regulatory policy that promotes the development and preservation of decent and safe affordable housing.

The New Jersey State League of Municipalities is a voluntary association created to help communities do a better job of self-government through pooling information resources and brain power. It is authorized by State Statute, and since 1915 has been serving local officials throughout the Garden State. All 565 municipalities are members of the League. Over 560 mayors and 13,000 elected and appointed officials of member municipalities are entitled to all of the services and privileges of the League.
